I don’t even know if there are words to describe just how grateful I am for Linda Driggs and Dave Hall. When it came time to sell our home we felt from the beginning that Jennifer and the Wolf team had our best interests at heart. At all times we knew that they were on our side. Even in a difficult market for selling, the team gave us encouragement and outstanding support. They understood the uniqueness of our property and did everything they could to market it. We were especially impressed with their policy of attending every showing. Their knowledge of the market helped us price appropriately. Jennifer’s communication was excellent either by text, email or phone call so we always knew what was happening. This is a team that works together to get your property sold! From start to finish, my house selling experience with Judy Nimz and Dede Curran was top-notch. They helped me stage my house, and the photos looked fabulous. They provided excellent brochures, floor plans, and detailed info sheets that looked great and were comprehensive. They met the buyers and agents during the showings and open houses. They were available always for me and responded immediately when I had questions. They were very knowledgeable, and their years of expertise and experience gave me so much confidence. I had an offer within three weeks of listing my house in a challenging buyers’ market. Beyond their professionalism, they are both very nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this team and will gladly work with them in the future.

Leah was great to work with. She explained the market to me in terms that I understood ~ especially with a surplus of inventory. Her knowledge of the market was so helpful when listing and where I needed to be in order to sell. She was my advocate during my closings (both selling my home and finding a new one). Which was so beneficial, it helped me stay calm during the whole process. Leah is a top realtor and I was lucky to have her in my corner.
