Lee Anna Duck
We were so fortunate to have Lee Anna as our realtor for buying in Venice in 2021 and selling in 2025! When we were vacationing in Siesta Key in 2021 and decided to consider buying in Sarasota we knew very little about the area so talked to several realtors. It was our lucky day to meet Lee Anna (Sciotta) Duck when we stopped by the Plantation community to check that out. Lee Anna was the first realtor to take time out of her busy day to talk with us at length, sift through current home sales data, educate us on a variety of communities to check out, and tips on the many variables to consider. Lee Anna was fantastic at sharing information to inform both the buying and selling processes. She consistently provided us timely responses to our questions and kept us on track with all the time-sensitive documents to be completed. We hired Max to sell our condo in Sarasota and it was a great decision. Max is polished, articulate, knowledgeable, and always attentive and available. He is hard working and gets the job done! Max sold our condo in a brutal buyers market. He was always upbeat and positive about getting it sold. Our condo in fact did sell within the average market time, and for a price we were happy with.
