WOW, I guess that’s about the best way to describe our realtor Malihe Karimi. We wanted to sell our condo on Longboat Key but knew that the market was becoming pretty soft. Debi is an experienced, trustworthy agent, with great communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Englewood area real estate market. She is very responsive and has great follow up and follow through. Does what she says she will do in a timely fashion. We purchased our home sight unseen on line. She truly takes the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for — not just in a home, but in a location and lifestyle. She’s patient and never pushes you to rush into anything, even willing to wait a week or two before signing a contract to ensure you’re confident in your decision. What really stood out is her honesty. She’ll talk through a property with you, pointing out both the pros and cons, and if it’s not something she would want for herself, she’ll tell you. That level of integrity is rare. She’s also incredibly organized and willing to stay late after work to help you prepare and submit offers. Tori was an absolute pleasure and professional to work with during the sale of our home. After interviewing 4 realtors we felt the most comfortable and in very professional hands with Tori.
