In the sometime stressful business of selling and buying a house, the realtor plays a fundamental role in keeping calm, and focuses on the task of, in this case, selling. Fred went above and beyond those tasks. We were mostly out of state, and Fred managed everything, even those tasks that are not usually assigned to a realtor. We were so fortunate to find Fred. He was empathetic, he truthfully cared about our concerns, and he managed the sale of the house with professional and friendly manners. Of course, I will recommend Fred to anyone who sells or buys in his area. Again we were fortunate to have Fred as our Realtor.

I don’t even know if there are words to describe just how grateful I am for Linda Driggs and Dave Hall.
