Debi was responsive, prompt and informative throughout the entire sales process. Our house was damaged by hurricane Milton. Added to the fact that our family had undergone some changes, the decision had been made to sell the property rather than rebuild it. Debi was referred to us as someone who was very knowledgeable about the local market. She was forthright when we requested information that we needed in order to determine how to move forward with our house in what could best be described as a difficult market. it was not a simple decision to simply "sell". She was patient with us as our family worked through the process of selling the family home.
