Tracy goes above and beyond what anyone would expect a realtor to do to get her clients' homes sold. My home sold while others are still sitting there on the market. She is also a very effective negotiator. She is currently listing another home for me and another one is in line for listing at a future date. The home that is listed currently looks like a model home, thanks to Tracy's exceptional staging abilities.

Tracy kept us informed and updated as the selling process went on. Her weekly market reports were useful as a guide to where the market stood. Tracy was always available for questions and advice. She was a fine agent to work with right to the completion of the sale.

Richard was very professional, optimistic and diplomatic throughout the listing, showing and selling process. He truly went above and beyond for me, including driving to meet me at the house as a hurricane approached to help us change a flat tire! He checked on the house regularly, met vendors and dozens of potential buyers, followed up on leads and answered all my questions. Really can't recommend him highly enough.
