Hi Malihe, sorry it has taken so long to send our appreciation for your hard work on our behalf. We are very grateful for what you do. WOW, I guess that’s about the best way to describe our realtor Malihe Karimi. We wanted to sell our condo on Longboat Key but knew that the market was becoming pretty soft. She’s patient and never pushes you to rush into anything, even willing to wait a week or two before signing a contract to ensure you’re confident in your decision. What really stood out is her honesty. She’ll talk through a property with you, pointing out both the pros and cons, and if it’s not something she would want for herself, she’ll tell you. That level of integrity is rare. She’s also incredibly organized and willing to stay late after work to help you prepare and submit offers. Tori was an absolute pleasure and professional to work with during the sale of our home. After interviewing 4 realtors we felt the most comfortable and in very professional hands with Tori. She knew the market in general and was very familiar with our specific neighborhood. She conducted numerous showings herself and took a real hands-on approach.
