We were given Rudy Dudon’s name as a referral, by a friend, and we began our search to purchase a rental property as a real estate investment. Rudy was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Rudy helped to educate us on the current market and was a great resource as we learned the Sarasota area. Rudy did an outstanding job for us selling our condo at the Palm Bay Club. We had high expectations and interviewed a number of realtors in order to determine how well they met our must haves. These included using web technologies and other marketing tools to highlight our condo. Rudy exceeded our expectations starting when he first walked into the condo and pointed out possible issues that none of the prior realtors had mentioned. Thus began our comfort with Rudy knowing he knew PBC very well and that it was not just another property to be sold. He marketed the unit well and conducted open houses during the high-traffic holiday week. For us, Rudy was able to obtain the highest price our sized condo had sold for within PBC. We recommend Rudy to anyone wanting a proven successful realtor to represent them.

Rudy has helped us to sell or purchase three properties; a beach condo on Siesta Key, a house in Lakewood Ranch and a second beach condo on Siesta Key. Each time we found Rudy to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about properties in the area. When we were selling he helped us to price each property correctly and prepare it for sale. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process which was important as we were out-of-state for all three transactions. He went over and above on several occasions to seal the deal. We would most certainly use Rudy again if we were planning to make another purchase in the Siesta Key or Sarasota area and would recommend him highly to others.

We have bought several houses/investment properties in the past and I would rate Rudy as the best in the business. He worked hard to get us a fabulous deal on our Siesta Key condo. When I would have have just accepted the higher offer, he insisted that he could get a better deal. And he was right. Rudy is a fighter, a deal maker, and an overall nice guy. We bought our condo via the internet - hadn't seen it at all, but knew that Siesta Key was a hot market, and would make a terrific investment. Rudy was incredible in helping us realize our dream - we are so lucky to have found him. Oh yeah - after we bought the condo, he contacted us several times to offer his expertise on local contractors and condo improvements. He doesn't just dump you after he gets his commission, he truly cares.

Rudy Dudon was very thorough and helpful from start to finish with our property purchase. He and Allison were very helpful in helping us find the right condo for our family. It was definitely our pleasure to work with both of them. With the previous owner living in England, us living in Ohio, and the Condo being in Florida, he made the closing process easier than we had expected. We appreciate all that he did for us!
