The first time Richard and I went to look at one of the model homes, Jim was there and we really enjoyed meeting Jim. He was incredibly knowledgeable in regard to the build of the home, everything from the construction to the materials. And believe me, my husband has a lot of questions. We came back for a second look and I made sure Jim was going to be there. Again, he was knowledgeable, conscientious, and a lot of fun! And, he makes a great compliment to our realtor as well. I highly recommend Jim!

I wanted to take a minute and let you know what an invaluable asset you have in your real estate agent, Jim Litton. Jim briefly assisted us when we purchased our condominium at The Hammocks. When we decided to sell the same condominium in 2017, Jim came into a difficult situation and absolutely rescued the day. His ability to counsel, direct and advise my wife and I in how to “repackage” our sales parameters was instrumental in the sale of our property. Jim has the ability to act not only as a real estate agent, but also as a “psychologist” when necessary, to make somewhat difficult negotiations push through to a positive result. We would use Jim as our real estate agent in any transaction we are involved with in the Englewood/Boca Grande area.

From the first day, we met Jim at Coral Caye, he went over the top to assist us in selling our home and through the whole process of building a new one in Coral Caye.
