Jim Litton is the most dedicated, follow-up and follow-through realtor I have ever experienced. Jim was with another "lookie-loo" when I walked into the model home. So, it was the "luck of the draw" that another representative "got" me. In the almost three years now since I signed the contract, it has been Jim Litton who has graciously answered my questions, looked up information, checked into this-n-that... everything I have needed. "My" realtor is long gone... but Jim continues to be at my service. During our deliberations about relocating to Sarasota, we met Jim who -- at that time -- served as Michael Saunder's agent representing a Sarasota builder. Never having built a new home, we were rather intimidated by the prospect of pursuing this option. When a desired resale was purchased by others, we finally decided to pursue the new home route. Jim's involvement played a critical role in this decision. Above and beyond his unending attention to detail and follow-up, we consistently found him to be a true gentleman, respectful of our concerns (no matter how naive or petty) and supportive throughout. He never failed to follow-up with us or the builder regarding any issue. He was undoubtedly one of the top realtors we've ever encountered in the numerous moves our careers have required. We would unequivocally recommend him with the highest accolades!!

When we were house hunting in various areas along the East Coast, Jim had the vision, expertise and knowledge to tell us about Sarasota, where we had never been before. We were relocating from Boston, and Jim was spot on that Sarasota met our needs. Our family has been so happy since we moved here in August. Jim guided as through any and all questions we had. He was never impatient, and we are first time home buyers, hence many, many questions. We would give Jim 6 out of 5 stars if possible. He went above and beyond what we needed and was always there in contact with us when we needed him.

Jim, Sue and I are sorry to see you go. While we did not work the whole process with you at Grad Oaks, we had times when Lori was not around that we had to call on you for advice and you were fantastic. Heritage Builders should be very proud in how you served them. Congratulations on your move .Since Englewood is where we started renting in Florida, we will look you up when we come down this winter.
