5 stars all the way. From the opening hello to the heartfelt goodbye, Deb was gracious, charming, sophisticated, well spoken, friendly and professional. Good listening skills seem key in the real estate business and Debbie had both ears locked in. Wow, I thought to myself, Sue and I got very lucky on this Saturday. When we return to Bradenton, it is Debbie we will seek out and even if she's in Bermuda or Alaska on vacation... we will wait!!!

After interviewing a number of successful realtors in the area, my husband and I engaged Debbie to sell our home. It was a difficult sale for a number of reasons, principally we were selling in a community that is outside of Bradenton and still being developed, thus our sale would be competing with new homes and construction. Throughout the process Debbie continually worked to market our home using many techniques, including creating a wonderful slide show with topnotch pictures and a personal website for our home. After four months we finally went under contract. No one could have predicted what happened next. The buyers of our home ran into difficulties with a large lender, and what should have been a smooth process to the closing table within 30 days, turned into a challenge that finally resolved two months after going under contract. During this ordeal Debbie never stopped working with the buyers' realtor and lender. Both Debbie, and Pam Ali, the broker at the Bradenton Michael Saunders' office, worked tirelessly to make sure that our home closed, and they were always very responsive to our questions and concerns. In fact, Debbie maintained constant communication with us during a time when she had to leave the state for family commitments. If you are looking for a very caring person to work with during the purchase or sale of a home, look no further. Debbie is a professional who you can trust, and she will work tirelessly to ensure a successful conclusion to the process, no matter the challenge.

when we first decided to re-locate back to bradenton---after living in THE VILLAGES @ LADY LAKE, FLA---for 16 years---our family highly recommended Debbie Vogler---we no longer needed the big house on the golf course---but something smaller and close to the water we both love. Bradenton was our first home in 1995 after moving from Ohio---we wanted to come back----Over the course of time Debbie was in constant touch with us--sending over 24 listings for us to review---we finally settled on 3. We came to look and meet Debbie for the first time---our friendship began, and we settled on a condo in PINEBROOk. She worked very hard through some very stubborn issues with the seller---but she prevailed for our benefit. We are very happy and satisfied being back in Bradenton---and have been amazed at the leadership Bradenton has for the growth of its city--(without losing ) a lot of its "old world" charm.
