Very very happy with Debbie. We have worked with at least 12 different Realtors in our house buying enterprise, this goes over 12 years. This is the first one who was concerned about how we felt and how we were handling the "problem buyers". This was just not another listing or sell to her, we mattered to her. She was very helpful with different suggestions and they were all good suggestions. She was right on the mark. I have friends that are Realtors and I didn't feel that they could do the job like I knew Debbie could so I gave her the listing and she was everything I had hoped for. The person who takes the pictures of the house is fantastic. He made the house look so much better than I thought it really did. 5 stars for him.

Working a short sale is no fun for anyone- client or realtor. Debbie Vogler made the lengthy process as seamless as possible from start to finish. She made good referrals to several potential short sale attorneys and proceeded to stay on top of communication with them, and myself throughout the process. Even when the closing became an uncertainty down to 30 minutes before we were expected at the closing, she maintained her professionalism and a healthy amount of humor to keep me from losing my head. I highly recommend her services. Debbie will be an asset to anyone buying or selling.

We had the pleasure of working with Debbie for more than 3 years now, buying and selling multiple homes. Not once did we feel pressured to move forward with anything that did not feel perfect. Debbie has always been very responsive, knowledgeable, quick to act, and offering her honest opinion and guidance through numerous multiple offer situations. In most cases the paperwork is done digitally ,which is a great time saver, especially when being on travel or making adjustments to an offer during a negotiation process. If you are looking for a real estate agent, you need to meet Debbie. Her calm, warm and friendly demeanor will put you at ease and make your home buying experience wonderful.

My husband and I met Debbie Vogler in February of 2009 while visiting in Bradenton where I had inherited my Mom's condo. We wanted to have contact with a reputable realtor such that when the time came of my Mom's husband's passing, we could quickly get it listed. My Mom's husband had the use of the condo for his lifetime, so it wasn't something we could predict. Debbie met with us and was extremely helpful, sharing information about Ironwood Circle, where the condo was located. She assured us she would stay in touch regularly with emails of current listings of condo's in the area to know how the market was doing. That was 4 1/2 years ago. Debbie did an outstanding job of communicating and answering our questions along the way. My Mom's husband died in July of 2013. We drove down to Bradenton (we live in Pinehurst, NC) to clean out the condo and meet with Debbie to get the condo listed. Again, she was incredibly helpful, kind and I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending upon on how you look at it, we had an all cash offer from a neighbor prior to the condo being listed on MLS. Through the whole process, Debbie answered questions for us and provided solid information to help us make decisions. I would highly recommend her as an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough real estate agent/broker. I don't think we would ever move to the Bradenton/Sarasota area, however, if we did, we would call Debbie immediately.

Debbie is the best realtor in the area. We worked with her when we were looking to buy, and now she's helping us sell. She is always positive, on top of things, and she respects your time.
