Richard was very professional, optimistic and diplomatic throughout the listing, showing and selling process. He truly went above and beyond for me, including driving to meet me at the house as a hurricane approached to help us change a flat tire! He checked on the house regularly, met vendors and dozens of potential buyers, followed up on leads and answered all my questions. Really can't recommend him highly enough.

Debi is an experienced, trustworthy agent, with great communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Englewood area real estate market. She is very responsive and has great follow up and follow through. Does what she says she will do in a timely fashion. We purchased our home sight unseen on line.
