Selling our property went very smoothly due to Judy Nimz’s personality, knowledge and diligence. We were not present in Florida during the entire sales process and Judy took over and managed every obstacle that came up as if it were her place. She orchestrated a painless and pleasant closing. Tracy goes above and beyond what anyone would expect a realtor to do to get her clients' homes sold. My home sold while others are still sitting there on the market. She is also a very effective negotiator. She is currently listing another home for me and another one is in line for listing at a future date. The home that is listed currently looks like a model home, thanks to Tracy's exceptional staging abilities.
