Time was spent showing me condos that met my criteria. Didn’t waste time going to ‘units that I wasn’t interested in. Visited on my schedule and wasn’t rushed. Gave advice when ask for and didn’t push any one unit over another. Appreciated suggestions on insurance agents and title companies. Used 1 of the options for each service. Was keep informed of what was going to happen and when. The closing was extremely hassle free and fast. Highly recommend this team

We had the pleasure of working with Alexa in our recent home purchase. We went through the home buying process remotely. Unfortunately, the process spanned the arrival of a couple of hurricanes:) This reset and in some ways doubled or tripled the requests we had on the status of a property we were interested in purchasing. At no point did we perceive and resistance or negative connotation to the extra challenges brought on by these difficulties. Likewise, at no point did we perceived we were being pushed on overly driven either. We paused on our original effort and restarted again months later. Alexa's energy and attitude in essentially restarting was fabulous. We wanted a high paced review of a large set of properties, and Again Alexa's energy and supportive attitude was very helpful. In summary, through hurricanes, delays, and restarts, it was always a joy to work with Alexa.

Our journey to purchasing a home was a bit bumpy. We found a condo that we were very interested in purchasing. The negotiations were choppy and difficult and eventually fail to converge on a deal. Going through this, it is always difficult to truly understand exactly what was sourcing the negotiation challenge. This negotiation started just before 2 incoming Hurricanes. Communications and timelines were definitely badly disrupted. As the negotiations were on going, damage assessments and other unusual events were needed. Tammy's response time in the chaos was fantastic. The negotiations took a 4 month pause. When we restarted, we requested to look at a large set of properties, in the event the prior negotiations fail. Tammy lined up our visit so they were very efficient and we got to view everything we requested. This improved our decision process and was one of a couple of key factors in our purchase. We resumed negotiations on the first property. It became clear the issue blocking negotiations were a reluctance to sell on the owners part. We did find another property we were interested in. We started the process of negotiations. This was much better. The negotiations went quickly. We needed some legal advice and got in almost instantaneously. Tammy's experience was key in removing any obstacles or reservations we had in this negotiation. A deal arrived quickly. We purchased this property remotely, so in the closing process, we really relied on Tammy to make sure closing items were both getting done and done properly. I took time to highlight the bumpy path we took, to properly provide a review. Anyone can look good when everything works out well. Not everyone does when things get hard. Tammy's experience and commitment to our journey was fantastic. When it was all said and done, we navigated the bumps and got a property we really love. I highly recommend Tammy
