Rick and I were very pleased with Tammy Liquori. We met with Tammy in November, when we decided to sell our condo at Sunrise Pointe, before we left to return to Pennsylvania. We shared our plan to try and sell it privately in January, and if we were not successful, we would list it in February. She also knew that we were going to try to preserve our rentals till the end of April. Needless to say, it is not what I would consider a simple listing. Tammy said she would keep us abreast of the market, and that is exactly what she did. She touched base with us in December. Checked on our plan to see if we were still going to try to sell it privately. She checked back mid-January to see how it was going...lots of interest but no offers at that point. Called her 3 weeks into January after 10 showings and no offers. Made plans to take photos and do a realtors open between our January and February rentals arriving. Then...surprise! One of the couples we had already showed the condo to made an offer the morning after we signed the papers to list. Tammy worked with us to make this sale happen. Tammy was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, congenial, and understanding throughout the process. Rick and I felt very comfortable working with Tammy, and we would not hesitate to work with her again or to recommend her to a friend looking for a realtor!

Sarah McGuire was my real estate agent for the sale of my house. She was hands-on in every way possible during this period, from listing to closing. She went the extra mile whether it was in staging the house, offering support and encouragement when problems arose, and always being available to answer questions and concerns. She had excellent feedback from the potential buyers. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was always willing to problem solve if a situation presented itself. It was a stressful time for me during this period, and her smiling face and calm demeaner were essential to me. I highly recommend Sarah's professionalism and excellent work ethic.

I called Linda Carlstrom about 18 months ago to inquire about listing my house in North Venice. I told her that family circumstances might take a while to resolve, and they sure did! But she was patient and understanding til finally I could list the house, and Linda was great. It can be difficult doing business long distance, but she was responsive and thorough. She kept me up-to-date as we went along, offering suggestions and never rushing my decisions. Linda was a great help in getting my place ready to sell and listing it at a price that found me a buyer very quickly. I'm so pleased with her wonderful service and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I feel absolutely “Delighted” to be able to share with you the “Extremely Positive and Wonderful” experience I had with your realty team of Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager! Lin and Maurice are more than realtors who go through the functions of performing professional selling transactions for their clients. I know they both truly “Care” about each client, and they treated me just like family, which means so much to me! As I was a single lady with no family members living in the area, Lin and Maurice opened up their home to me for over two weeks after I moved out of my home and waited to move into my new home. Stephanie Annable is a trusted partner. She is thorough and professional and fun to work with. While planning our out-of-state move to the Lakewood Ranch area, Stephanie informed us of the complex and fast-paced Florida real estate market. Expectations were set by Stephanie regarding the limited inventory of homes as we conducted multiple tours of homes by builders in the area to select a build site. Stephanie immediately sensed our disappointment after learning that the timeline to build a home can extend beyond 12 months.
