With the help of your agent, Amy Gonzales, as selling agent, I recently sold my parents’ house. I am from Minnesota, so I was unfamiliar with real estate personnel in the area - although I got many mailings from Rotonda agents after my father passed away. Amy was recommended to me by one of my father’s neighbors who knew what a great job Amy did for one of their other neighbors. I contacted Amy, and she did an outstanding job in getting our house to the finish line with an (in my opinion) appropriate offering price and pitch-perfect service. Specifically, Amy helped me with donating excess items to charity and nursing homes, etc., and with making the house showable and marketable. I’m usually a do-it-yourself type of person, but having Amy’s professional acumen made an essential positive difference. Moreover, the closing occurred exactly as she advised me it would. I had a great selling experience with Amy and would recommend her to anyone in your area. It was a pleasure working with her.

My wife and I worked with Scott Johnston 8 years ago on the purchase of our Plantation CC home. At the time we started looking, we were new to Venice. We had 2 days to find a home before we had to return to Massachusetts. Scott was helpful in selecting a property that was right for us. His easygoing personality kept us calm and focused. Eight years later, just a few weeks ago, we reluctantly decided to sell our home due to my wife’s medical issues. Once again, we turned to Scott. The listing Scott put together showed our home's best feature,s resulting in it selling in one day at an excellent price and terms, closing three weeks later. We recently completed a home purchase and sold our condo with Terri Thacker as our realtor. The experience with Terri was exceptional. This is the 2nd time we have used Terri, and there is no question that we would use her again. In fact, several family members have all used Terri over the last 4 years in their real estate transactions; that in of itself speaks volumes about the tremendous service Terri provides. She is generous with her time and always responsive to our calls and/or emails, even over the Christmas holidays!
