I have a lot of experience in buying, selling, renting real estate over the years. I have dealt with countless agents, many of whom were obviously focused on only one thing, their own pocketbooks, trying every trick in the book, with the least amount of effort, work, and heart, to gain a listing, or to attempt bully tactics to "encourage" me to do one thing or another. Irene is the exact opposite as all that. She is extraordinarily well prepared, presentable, knowledgeable, honest, realistic, punctual, communicative, and professional. She responds quickly to emails or texts. She checks in with me frequently enough, while avoiding being overly aggressive or annoying. I have complete trust in her to handle our real estate dealings here in Englewood. Since moving here for some reason, it has been a bit of a challenge to find folks who are dependable, hard working, and professional. Maybe it is the tropical weather or something. Kim is an amazing realtor. We were in a situation where we had to relocate a family member and move her closer so we could care for her. This ment not only selling this home but also clearing out the entire house and getting it prepared to sell. The home had only one family in it but had not been updated in close to 25 years. Kim was able to manage and coordinate all repairs to enable us to put on the market. She put us in with contractors, cleaning services painters to assist us as we lived out of state and were unable to do this ourselves. In the end, Kim was able to sell our property at the price we needed. This type of care and dedication is rarely seen, especially in today’s times. Without Kim I have no idea how we would have ever been able to accomplish this. I highly recommend Kim Azar-Calka for anyone’s real estate needs.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous going into the buying process. Sheri went above and beyond to assure me that she was going to make the process as smooth as possible. She did not disappoint. Every step of the way was handled very quickly, efficiently, and professionally, all while keeping my family and me at ease while dealing with the lenders and the stress that comes with it. She kept us in direct communication with the lender, the sellers, and the title company, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. I would recommend her and her team for any future home purchasing or selling. Our family has a house we can now call home because of her, and we are forever grateful.

I am writing today in praise of the services of realtor JoDene Moneuse who recently sold my home on Longboat Key. From our first meeting I was aware that I was working with a knowledgeable and caring professional that I could trust to represent me and my home. We listed my cottage at 7119 Longboat Dr E, on February 14 and by April 3 we had not only one, but a second back up sales contract. This success was due to JoDene’s suggestions at each decision point and ultimately the need to lower the price to better respond to both potential buyers feedback concerns and the reality of the current market prices. This was not an easy sell as the home sustained extensive hurricane damage and would need a visionary buyer to be successful. JoDene understood this and ultimately found the perfect match. On a personal note, I believe she should also be commended on her compassionate support as she listened to my concerns, responded quickly to text queries and kept me updated each time she had a potential buyer. Ultimately we negotiated the contract while I was on board an Amtrak Autotrain traveling from VA to FL - a communications miracle that occurred somewhere in GA as the train moved south. It is quite a story. In summary, I chose Michael Saunders due to your reputation-and JoDene specifically at a friend’s suggestion. She is an outstanding company representative and I am very pleased with her- and your - services.

First of all, Linda gets a 5-Star grade for creating a wonderful experience. For me, buying a house, so quickly after my husbands death, could have been a negative experience. It was positive. She was always available, had all the answers, and was professional in every way. She was helpful and patient and made my buying the house a happy experience. I enjoyed her cheerful way. Mary Graham

Over the course of 15 years we have sold 3 and purchased 2 homes with Linda as our guide. We would not consider using anyone else and though we wish the best for her, we hope she doesn't retire anytime soon! Linda is a very hardworking Real Estate agent and she goes the extra mile to make sure sales and purchases go well for us. And they have, every time. We are entirely satisfied and recommend Linda to others often. In this most recent sale, Linda advised us to list early as the market slows over the summer, gave us our homework to do and pushed us to be ready. We took all her advice, including re-staging and decluttering, painting and repairs, and were able to go under contract in less than a month.

Amy was the best! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Sarasota. As buyers she went above and beyond to ensure our offer was accepted and worked with us and the seller to make sure the whole process went smoothly. She kept us informed every step of the way. She also helped with providing recommendations for mortgage brokers and working with the HOA to make sure everything was taken care of. If you are looking for a real estate agent you can't do any better than Amy.
