In 1996, we were fortunate to be assigned Judy Nimz as our buying agent during our relocation from Manhattan to Sarasota. Twenty-one years later, we were again pleased with the accomplishments of Judy acting as our selling and buying agent as we downsized and relocated. Through her tireless efforts, we successfully sold our Sarasota home and acquired a perfect smaller residence in Bradenton. There were many hiccups and difficulties along the way, but Judy’s perseverance and depth of knowledge in the real estate market, together with the efforts of Bill Nimz, her partner, brought us to a very successful conclusion. Never did we feel our smallest requests were a problem for her or any question too far-out-in-left-field to deserve her scrutiny and close attention.

My husband and I decided to sell our home on the California coast (which we loved) and buy a new one in Sarasota. My parents had purchased a home in Sarasota with Judy Nimz as their agent and raved about her. They call her “Mama Judy” because they felt so taken care of. Given their experience with Judy, we decided that she would be best to help us with our new home purchase. Judy went above and beyond introducing us to our new chosen home city of Sarasota. She took us around to various neighborhoods, showed us restaurants and things that we may like based on our interests. She also took care of details and checked in often to see how things were going and to make sure we didn’t miss anything important. In the end we would up with a home we love in an area that we now have a connection to thanks to Judy. We will not hesitate to recommend her to friends.

In the last 6 years we have bought or sold 5 properties with 6 Realtors. The most recent transactions were handled by Judy Nimz. She was by far the best Realtor with whom we have worked with. It has been a pleasure to work with Judy! She was extremely patient with us and found us homes we loved. Judy was most helpful in many aspects of the process, and very helpful in solving problems that allowed each sale to go through. It is no exaggeration that selling a home is a stressful undertaking, both emotionally and financially. Judy provided exceptional knowledge of the local real estate market along with specific information on what buyers are looking for. These details helped me prepare and stage the house for sale. Her professionalism and dependability, frequent communications and updates made the sale process so much easier. My house sold in 2 months and at a record price for the neighborhood. No realtor could have been appreciated more than Judy Nimz. Her services was exceptionally top drawer. Anytime I had a question, she handled it right away and she gave ample information that my questions were few. I would recommend Judy Nimz to everyone. I am extremely pleased with my new home.

Judy Nimz was exceptional, she kept us updated on properties that we were interested in. She always responded in a very timely manner. When we decided on a property, she spent hours working with us on the contract. She held our hands every step of the way from our initial contact to closing. Everything went smoothly due to Judy's efforts. We believe that she went over and above what was necessary.

Judy helped me and my brother sell the house we grew up in on Siesta Key. This was not an easy sale -- the house had plenty of maintenance 'issues'. Judy acted professionally at all times, gave us good advice and was a calming influence during the ups and downs of the selling process. I would happily recommend her to anyone selling their home.
