My husband and I started working with Stacey Fredericks last summer when we were just considering a move to Sarasota. We found one of her listings on Zillow and reached out to her. We had only one day left in town so Stacey dropped everything and showed us the property within two hours. That was a great first impression! I have nothing but praise for Judy Nimz. There’s a funny story behind her being my agent. I was a realtor in Sarasota for several years in the early 2000s, and then I went back to healthcare where I spent the majority of my career. I did a deal with Judy probably 17 years ago now. I had the buyer, and she had the seller. I found her to be a straight shooter, while also being very professional, kind and easy to deal with. So when I thought about who I’d like to list my house, I remembered her and called her up. From the first contact I had with her after 17 years, she was exactly the same person she had been. Besides all the above qualities, she really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled professionally and ethically. I never once wished I had not selected her to list my house. She is a stellar Realtor in my book!!

I would like to commend Drew Russell, Olivia Crockett, and Michael Saunders and Company for presenting my property in the very best way for showing: from beautiful photos to free-standing posters, brochures and open house as well as advertising and other promotions, I feel that everything possible was done to encourage a sale. Drew was sensitive to the trends in the market and, as time went by, the price was adjusted to maintain interest in showings. When he became aware of the timeframe I needed, he was able to find a buyer and provide a sale. I highly recommend Drew and his assistant Olivia, and Michael Saunders Realty!

Susan and Priscilla did an excellent job as our real estate agents. Knowledge of the market, meticulous attention to detail, prompt response to calls, always cheerful and encouraging, patient in showing seemingly countless homes, arranging continual showings of my existing house and success in both purchasing a new home and selling of the existing property made for an excellent experience - first rate in every way.

Our successful sale was entirely due to the advice and support of David D'Angelo. He was introduced to us by Mike Bruno, who had helped us with a previous sale. At every step of the way, David gave us good advice, encouraged us, and supported us. Most impressive was his availability to respond within the hour to any question we had. Julia McClung is a wonderful real estate agent. We have bought and sold several properties, both in the US and in the UK, and Julia is one of the best agents with whom we have worked. By the end of the process (well, earlier than that actually), Julia felt like a friend. First and foremost, however, she was a wonderful resource. Although she is very knowledgeable, she does not pretend to know everything. She is eager to research anything if she is not absolutely certain. She clearly has the respect of her colleagues as she was always able to come back with answers and advice when she did not have them immediately. She responds so quickly that I sometimes wonder how she does it. Thanks, at least in part, to Julia, we ended up with the bonus of a continuing relationship with the sellers, which is obviously very unusual and has helped us be comfortable in our new home that much sooner.

We had placed our Sutton Place condo on the market with two different realtors (neither connected to Michael Saunders and Company) where it languished for almost 9 months with little success. Then we heard about Sherri Mills, one of your sales associates. It is difficult to describe Sherri Mills without sounding effusive. She is a highly professional and experienced realtor, of course, but what makes her unique is the personal interest she takes in each of her clients. Sherri guided us through the process of a listing agreement with our input. She ensured that we understood current market trends, pricing, staging, photography, and issues specific to Sutton Place and Longboat Key. She was always accessible; every email, text, or phone call was answered within the hour. That alone sets her apart. Sherri’s diligence and competence were remarkable. She has a thorough knowledge of Florida laws related to buying and selling real estate. We felt very fortunate to have Kathy and Greg handle the sale of our home at 7816 DeSoto Memorial Highway. They were very professional, and they were also very reassuring and helped us remain positive through the whole experience. Whenever we would start to fret, they would make very sensible comments and ease our concerns. They also were very economical in their approach, advising us against spending money unnecessarily.
