We recently closed on our property in The Quay in downtown Sarasota. Lisa Allen was our tireless real estate agent. We were originally looking for a long-term rental and eventually realized buying was a more logical option. Lisa allowed us to come to this conclusion on our own without any pressure from her. Veronica is a topnotch, knowledgeable professional with a lovely reassuring demeanor and a positive attitude towards the whole complicated modern business of selling a home. We don’t know how we would have done it without her, and we do think she earned every penny of her commission! We tried not to bother her at all hours, but questions and hitches inevitably arise, from the house-staging and Open House phase to the contract phase and closing. She was always available with a can-do approach to anything in the process that had to be fixed or resolved. A great person to have on your side: we can’t recommend her highly enough!

Buying a home in another state can be difficult, but Marcy made the process a breeze.
