Sandra Maravolo
I wanted to take a moment to tell you about one of your agents, Sandra Maravolo. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with her over the last few months, and I must say that her customer service skills are outstanding, not to mention Sandra's great personality and disposition. I have purchased and sold homes in the past and have never had this good of an experience. Purchasing a home when you are not from the area can be difficult, but Sandra made it easy. In addition, she made sure we understood all of the nuances of buying in Florida. We will use our home for vacations until we move there in a few years. In addition to helping us find the right house, Sandra helped us line up pool maintenance, yard maintenance, insurance, inspections, pest control, just to name a few. I don’t care what time we emailed, texted or called Sandra, she always made herself available. We have many friends who will be moving to the same general area over the next few years. Stephanie Annable
We have been represented by Stephanie Annable for three separate real estate deals in UPCC. For each deal, Stephanie showed her extensive knowledge of the University Park market and extreme professionalism in everything she did. She has always gone well above and beyond normal expectations of others in her profession. She has arranged several contractors on our behalf to prepare the house for sale. First of all, I want to compliment you on the excellent, top-notch service company you hold. Your employee, Tim Koons-McGee, has helped my mother and me purchase three properties. Once again, Tim has provided me with excellent service. I remember my first experience when I was moving to Sarasota. He provided me with a very useful map, a very handy folder to keep all my papers together, and very helpful information on the process of purchasing a home. He also provided a professional profile of himself. Now on the third experience, he has continued to provide consistent, exceptional service. Tim answers any question I may have and explains things I might not know or understand. He is very good with details. He remembers things well and is attentive to details that matter. One example is when appliances did not have instructional manuals, he provided me with that information. Tim truly goes above and beyond. That adds tremendously to my peace of mind, as buying a house is a stressful experience. Additionally, he's got a wonderful personality that makes you feel at ease. He's professional and very pleasant to work with. He's easily reachable and responds promptly. You can feel assured that he's got you covered. I first heard of Bernadette Caswell in 2021 from friends from Iceland who warmly recommended her after having a wonderful experience. So, in 2024, just two days before my departure from Florida, I spontaneously decided to sell my house. Based on my friends’ recommendation, I didn’t even bother looking up other real estate agents. I contacted her right away and set up an appointment. From the moment I met Bernadette, I knew we would become friends, and I immediately trusted her. She did a super job, going above and beyond to help me with matters beyond the sale. As someone not originally from the U.S., I had several challenges, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her great efforts, the house was sold quickly, in barely a month. She is not only professional but also very charming. When I couldn’t leave right away, not did I want to, she helped me find a great rental in the vicinity and stayed in contact after the sale. Offering assistance whenever needed, and even called me before my departure out of the country to check if I needed any help. All I can say is that Bernadette Caswell is a very lovely, knowledgeable and caring person. I will miss her as a friend and real estate agent.
