Maryann Casey is superb. She greatly helped us with a difficult sale. Our property was badly hit by two floods caused by hurricanes in late 2023. At that time, the market on Manasota Key was really turned upside down. Uninhabitable houses were sold as lots and fix-ups. Because we wanted to sell the house quickly before a lot of others went on the market, we were working in a real estate environment that had no “comps." Maryann presented the house extremely well. She dealt with a number of bottom-feeder, investment shoppers. All the while she gave us very sage advice. Probably her greatest asset is her communication skill. Jim was great, i would recommend him for any sale in FL. Wish i could hire him in OH. I was going thru a divorce, and Jim hung with me on a false start, then a mold issue, ultimately to a sale. Being remote Jim really helped ease my mind finding contractors, finding a cleaning crew, to returning my wireless equipment. Very professional, really navigated thru issues that came up, great representative, but overall, a great person. Keep crushing it Jim

Judy was amazing to work with as our selling agent, and she was battle-tested because our waterfront house took TWO direct hits from hurricanes while it was on the market and we were 3,000 miles away. She took care of everything to help prevent damage, and after the storms had it cleaned up very quickly. She was wonderfully efficient, sharp, professional, dependable, knowledgeable, helpful and kind, even under extremely stressful conditions. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I feel very lucky to have had her on my team during such a challenging time.
