Janis and I first connected back in 2007 when my family temporarily relocated to Florida. During our four year stay in Sarasota, we occasionally looked at homes to buy, and Janis was always more than willing to show us around. We were indecisive and she was very patient with us, never pressuring us to go ahead with anything we weren't 100% sure of. We finally decided this year (2015) to forge ahead and buy a home in Sarasota, so of course we called Janis. She spent four full days with us, as we searched for the right fit. We found it, and thanks to Janis everything from start to finish went smoothly. We now own a home in Sarasota. I would highly recommend Janis to anyone searching for a home. I can't thank you enough! You and Ron were incredible. I am so happy to be done with the house part of the Trust. Now to finish off the rest of the trust stuff and I can close that chapter. I have enjoyed getting to know you and I hope we can meet in person someday.

I was lucky enough to work with both Janis and Mary during my very busy three days in Florida searching for a second home for my family. I came down with a list of homes I wanted to see and a plan in place after speaking with Janis before my arrival. My trip was very well planned out and organized. I did not have to worry about anything but the houses I was looking at. They even brought drinks and snacks for our long days. I had so much fun with them. Now during the process of purchasing a home they all, including Ron, have been with us every step of the way looking out for us and our best interest. I would recommend this group 100%. I have sold and bought many homes during my lifetime. I must say that Ron and Janis were the best because they went far beyond the call of duty. We bought our home and immediately put it back on the market to sell. Two days later while the house was empty thief's broke in and stole all the appliances. Ron handled everything including ordering new appliances, reporting to the police and insurance company. He spent many extra hours coordinating everything. Just closed on our new condo in Sarasota and can't say enough about Janis and her team. It was a fast moving transaction and Janis was always available and ready for the next step. Even after the price was agreed upon, she was extremely helpful in tying up the many loose ends (from inspection and insurance to a final walk through on our behalf) that go with any real estate transaction.
