Dave is simply the best. He is attentive, proactive, thoughtful, strategic, and professional in everything he does. I was purchasing a home in Sarasota, but was living out of state. Dave was my eyes and ears on the ground. He was instrumental in assisting with inspections, lining up contractors for quotes, facetime walkthroughs and putting me at ease that everything was under control, even though it was long distance. I had explained what I was looking for and my price range. Dave listened very carefully to everything I said. He never tried to show me something that wasn’t a good fit. He was very familiar with Sarasota and all of its surrounding communities. He knew exactly where to focus to help me find the perfect home. During the entire process, Dave was always available. I know he was certainly juggling numerous clients, but it seemed like I was always his priority. He returned calls promptly, was keenly aware of contractual dates and deadlines, and was always prepared for the next step. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent and I would trust him 100% with my next sale and / or purchase.

After several years of attempting to make contact with the owners of the vacant lot next to us, to no avail, we contacted Amy.
