.Our purchase was one of destiny. We were spending 2 weeks on Siesta Key after the hurricane and were intent on spending at least one week on beach time and dedicating several days toward looking for a condo we would rent out. At the end of the first week, we met a couple at a Temple Sinai Friday night service and we told them of our plan. They invited us to their home, and we were quite taken with it, so we asked them for the name of their real estate agent as they had been quite satisfied with him and the whole experience he had guided them through 2 years previously. They gave me Larry Kushing's name and number, and we called him and left a voicemail -- He returned our call within 5 minutes. We told him of our interest in The Cascades and asked what was available. There were 2 houses available for us to see, and by that evening, he had set up an appointment for us to see them the very next day. The first was not appealing at all, but the 2nd we immediately fell in love with. We talked it over and he advised us about making a bid as we have lived in our other house for 54 years and are not acquainted with how things are done now. We did all the paperwork by e-signing as we had left Sarasota as planned approximately 7 days after initially seeing the house. He has kept us aware almost daily of what has been going on. He has served as our proxy making many trips to the house to make sure movers moved the previous owner out. He has met with plumbers and handymen and essentially been us as we could not be there. We have repeatedly said that we were truly blessed to have been introduced to Larry Cushing. He is a professional. He has treated us over the years as family. The deal is done, but it is and has not been the end for Larry Cushing, God bless him. We are looking forward to our new life in The Cascades and will certainly pass Larry Cushing along to the next lucky prospective home buyer we may be introduced to

We just recently closed on our home, and we are so blessed and grateful to have met Linda Driggs. Linda exceeded all our expectations in every way. I recently bought and sold my homes with Janet. She is an outstanding agent who is very patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable regarding the area and housing in general.
