Dan is truly a "above and beyond" realtor. With his many local connections in the Sarasota area he was able to help us prepare our condo for sale even when we could not be present. He made the entire process run as smoothly as we could have wished and earned our trust by sticking to his word from day one. There was no one else we would work to purchase our new home, other than Judy Nimz! Judy has been in the real estate business in SRQ for over 30 years. Judy is someone who has seen the growth in Sarasota, and where the local real estate market is trending. Judy's knowledge of the real estate market and her generous ability to refer us to resources (who actually return calls) make her a "concierge realtor". She has sold multiple family members’ homes throughout the Sarasota / Venice area. We will continue to refer Judy to our friends and family too if searching for a home.

"Leah Secondo is an expert in what she does. She has the experience to know what works and what doesn't work. And it certainly worked for us. Leah sees many homes and has the advantage of comparison where I did not. I completely understand where it's not easy to take other's advice or direction, but in this case with Leah's knowledge and years of experience, it was in our best interest. Her history and record of sales speaks for itself.It's better to have the full picture of the good, the bad and all suggestions to help you sell the home up front. What can I say Judy Nimz is the best realtor ever and I should know as I just sold my 8th home - thanks to Judy. She was certainly the best!
