Marcy is a professional realtor and exactly the person we needed to sell our condo. Not sure if anyone is paying attention but, this is one tough market. The property was a second home for us and we are a thousand miles away however, she covered for our absence by keeping a watchful eye through storms, power outages and needed maintenance. Our condo was not a high dollar sale but, you wouldn’t have known it judging by the manner in which Marcy worked. We were blessed to have found Fred Sassen as our realtor for our property search. He had the patience of Job as we looked at numerous properties over several months. He came prepared for every one of them, with a list of pros and cons for the home and the neighborhood. There was never any doubt that Fred was on our side and was protecting our interests in the purchase. It got even better when we finally put a contract on the house we wanted. He helped guide us through every option to secure the best price as well as ensuring the property met our expectations. We went through 2 hurricanes and a roof leak before closing. He kept us aware of our options before and after each hurricane, as well as making sure all repairs were satisfactory to us. He is still a valuable resource to us after move in, as he and his family are well established in the community. I cannot recommend Fred highly enough.
