"Leah Secondo is an expert in what she does. She has the experience to know what works and what doesn't work. And it certainly worked for us. Leah sees many homes and has the advantage of comparison where I did not. I completely understand where it's not easy to take other's advice or direction, but in this case with Leah's knowledge and years of experience, it was in our best interest. What can I say Judy Nimz is the best realtor ever and I should know as I just sold my 8th home - thanks to Judy. She was certainly the best! I have nothing but praise and accolades for her hard work and professionalism. She is just the loveliest person and a true professional. Judy went above and beyond in everything.

If I could give 100 stars rating I would! Dan was the most dedicated, reliable and trustworthy realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Judy is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with me on the sale of my home. She helped me buy it 14 years prior and I knew she had to be the right person to sell it upon my move to Connecticut. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. Jeff is the consiment realtor ! He is knowledgeable, professional and knows his market extremely well. His work ethic coincides with what I would expect, from somebody with his years of experience and representing the company that he does. Carol S. Stewart is the quintessential real estate agent. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, which, with my being over 1000 miles away from Bradenton, was greatly appreciated. During the listing time for a moody real estate market, she took care of my place like it was her own. She put out porch flood barriers in front of Hurricane Beryl/Milton. She monitored minor repair work over the year that it was on the market, i.e., patch job in the garage ceiling due to a plumbing issue from the upstairs unit; birddogging outside repairs that were the responsibility of the HOA and others. Carol returned my calls/texts in a very timely manner. Her expertise in the in's and out's of real estate were evident throughout. I had many questions and she was always not only prompt with her reply, but was also accurate with her answers to my many queries throughout the entire process of selling a home. She is a hard worker and your office should be grateful to have this person with the grace and hospitality of the South combined with the ingenuity of the North.
