David was very helpful from the onset. He happily shared his perspective of what selling our house could like from a market perspective weeks before we were quite ready to get things going. He shared a level fo detail that showed his knowledge & expertise without a promise of any sort of commitment. He simply wanted to help. We had already been chatting with other agents; however, his pre-committed willingness to help gave us higher level of confidence, therefore, we decided to move forward with him. We were soon to learn his approach, knowledge and expertise far surpassed others. The recommendations he made to ready the house were spot on. Nothing too much or too little. HIs recommendation for marketing the house were extensive and proved valuable. Once the house was on the market his persistence and follow ups were fruitful in ensuring buyers and seller were well informed and advised. Working with Janis to sell our Florida condo was nothing short of a life saver. After my mother's passing, I found myself in charge of a condo out of state and all its contents while simultaneously start a new job and caring for my elderly father who was mourning. Janis took charge and guided me every step of the way. We texted, phoned and emailed as needed and even though I have never met her in person (again, I live out of state), I felt she had my back each step of the way. From finding necessary vendors to stage and set the condo up for success, to all the paperwork, to every decision, she offered clear options for me to choose from. Time and time again, she went above and beyond to help solve problems (like getting a new window installation scheduled) and helped find a wonderful vendor who helped declutter and go through the entire condo to ready it for sale. It was a huge project and she handled it with calm, poise and confidence and with ample communication to ensure I knew exactly what to do and in what order. We sold the condo quickly, during hurricane season, and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide me through this process. In case it's not clear, definitely choose Janis as your realtor. Dan is truly a "above and beyond" realtor. With his many local connections in the Sarasota area he was able to help us prepare our condo for sale even when we could not be present.
