Karen Brown is an unbelievable realtor and person! She exceeded our expectations! Her knowledge of the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area was so helpful as we searched for a vacation home. She took the time to support us in every way possible. She spent many, many hours and trips with us as we searched the area for our perfect home. She was patient and provided resources for us to make the right decision. For each day we searched for homes, she created a booklet with every detail and photos of the properties. This was extremely helpful as we went back each night to evaluate all of the houses we looked at that day. Karen even reached out to local roofers, insurance companies, pool and lawn care, electricians, and seawall experts to answer questions about different properties. Mickey was certain to make sure my wife Elsie and I understood the many vagaries of the USA/Florida Real Estate selling process since, as Canadians, we were limited to a single buying experience 27 years prior to this sale. She ensured that our wishes were always paramount at all times, especially throughout the 8 month listing period which included Florida suffering the effects of 3 hurricanes. Florida political issues suppressed the Florida Real Estate market as our selling process started. Mickey kept a very positive attitude in spite of this. Furthermore she ensured that our beach front condo was maintained in showroom condition in spite of these 3 hurricanes. Late in the selling process we mutually agreed with Mickey to reduce our asking price, but only after we suggested it and she was sure that we were comfortable with this move. Because of the 3 hurricanes and because we were remote from our property, back home in Canada, Mickey took it upon herself to move our balcony furniture into and back several times in order to keep a pristine appearance. Mickey's diligence, hard work and professional demeanor finally paid dividends when an offer was received early in November. We accepted the offer, with some negotiation, and then Mickey held our hands as we proceeded the to the Closing. We thank Mickey immensely for our successful outcome. Elsie and Bruce Appleton.

I had the pleasure of working with Leidy when buying my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My condo search is now complete, and Philip helped me locate and secure a wonderful place near the beach. But the hurricanes threw a big curveball into this process. Through it all, Philip gave me direct and complete picture of my options and the pros/cons. As the sale date was nearing, he helped me keep everything on track with lawyers, insurers, and lenders. He was great.

Margaret is the same as when I met her 6 years ago when she helped me find my first house in Venice. She is the same today, gracious, professional, kind and thoughtful. It is hard to believe that tomorrow Thanksgiving day Leslie and I will be in North Carolina for two weeks ⛰️ and without Ana’s help our dream would not have come true! Leslie and I have lived in Sarasota for approximately 40 yrs., and I in the Coquina house for 38+ yrs. To say the least our transition has been bitter sweet, fulfilling our dream and at the same time leaving family and friends we love, and yes Ana is one of them. Our journey in selling our home begin in the spring and lasted until the fall. To say the least the ups and downs of we’re trying at times, but there was always the support of Ana saying, “Don’t worry things will work out.” She was right! we could not have done it without her!
