Tracy did such a great job for us. Very in tune to what we were looking for. Represented us well in all aspects of working through making the offer to all of the follow up bit and pieces that needed to come together to make this Florida vacation home a reality. Karen Brown is an unbelievable realtor and person! She exceeded our expectations! Her knowledge of the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area was so helpful as we searched for a vacation home. She took the time to support us in every way possible. She spent many, many hours and trips with us as we searched the area for our perfect home. She was patient and provided resources for us to make the right decision. For each day we searched for homes, she created a booklet with every detail and photos of the properties. This was extremely helpful as we went back each night to evaluate all of the houses we looked at that day. Karen even reached out to local roofers, insurance companies, pool and lawn care, electricians, and seawall experts to answer questions about different properties.
