With no reservations, give her our highest recommendation. Working with Barbara has been a blessing. In every way she has exceeded our expectations. Worked with her for about a year and a half. We contracted to have a house built in Skye Ranch and were unable to be present for the construction. From contracting through inspections to the completion, she acted in our stead and did a better job of representing our interests than we would have. She is professional, smart, a great communicator, diligent and so very easy to work with. We received more and better updates from her than we did from our builder Taylor-Morrison. She also happens to be a joy to be around - very warm and caring. Actually feel our relationship with Barbara is more of that as a friend than a client/realtor relationship.

Jim was wonderful to work with during this transaction. We were from out of state and Jim was always available to answer any and all questions. Jim is very knowledgeable about the local area and the property which we eventually purchased. The home inspection and closing were handled seamlessly.
