Helene Johston at Micheal Saunders & Company is hands down the best real estate agent, marketer and deal closer I have ever dealt with. This was my 24th closing event across 8 states, it was done remotely in a months’ time with a two week from offer to closing. The closing had open permit issues, HOA estoppel issues, inspection issues, if there were any issues associated with a closing, it came up in those two weeks. Helene not only did not blink but was proactively instrumental in solving every issue. Helene was on the phone with the title company, the other agent, the county, the HOA, the HOA Management Company, tirelessly with anyone at any time to solve what were truly the seller's issues to solve. I had such a great experience working with Kathy in selling my home. Not only was it sold in less than two months, she was there every step of the way, and myself being from out of town that was very helpful when meeting the home inspector and other contractors that were needed as well. Kathy went way above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor. Kathy was very responsive and easy to get a hold of anytime I reached out, which was often given the circumstances of me living up north.

We had a wonderful experience with Debbie in all aspects of our sale. She was highly knowledgeable re market conditions and her suggested listing price was “spot on”. She was superb at staging and knew precisely what buyers would be looking for. She was very effective and “hands on” in guiding us through the process step by step; and was always available to meet. We felt we had her full attention: she would call frequently to check in; when we were away during a hurricane, she checked on the house; when we had trouble sourcing craftsmen for minor repairs, she helped us find appropriate vendors. Through it all, she was professional, calm and easy to work with. We highly recommend Debbie!

Max did a great job as our realtor. We were out of state and Max made things go smoothly by first giving us the name of the person who cleared out the house so it could go on the market. He was willing to check things along the way that would have been difficult for us to do from a distance. He gave us various options and the pros and cons of those choices. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor choose Max Mann from Michael Saunders Realty!
