Hillary was a of great help to us in finding our Florida home. We first contacted Hillary a only few days before a planned quick trip to the Port Charlotte area to begin our search for a second home. We told Hilary what we were looking for and she immediately put a plan together that allowed us to view and compare all available options that matched our needs in the short timeframe we had available to begin our search. While viewing some of the options available we ended up stumbling upon the perfect home for us and even though the home was not officially on the market at the time Hillary worked tirelessly with the seller to negotiate on our behalf. Hillary followed through on all questions and concerns in a timely manner throughout the entire process until reaching agreement on a price and a closing date that met our needs. Hillary is super friendly and easy to work with and is a tireless worker, she also went above and beyond her normal duties as a realtor by providing us with referrals and options for lenders, home inspection, homeowners insurance, and attorneys, etc. Hillary also knows the area very well and with us being remote and out of state she made the whole process so much easier. I would recommend Hillary to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the Port Charlotte/SW Florida area.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Toni for my first home-buying experience, as well as my fiance and I's first home together. Toni was super helpful in narrowing down our search based on our top priorities in a home. She was super proactive with the listings and knows many of the agents around town to get intel on what is happening with the homes on the market.
