Debbie was thorough, effective, and professional in all aspects of the listing and sale process. We were very happy with Debbie’s outstanding professionalism and her significant knowledge of the Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club community. Her initial presentation before obtaining the listing was significantly more thorough than the presentations from other realtors – and her knowledge of comparable properties was very helpful to us in validating an appropriate listing price. We received multiple offers and a selling price higher than our list price. Further, the magazine-quality photos she had done, including drone views and a virtual-3D tour, were quite exceptional.

Debbie was thorough, effective and professional in all aspects of the listing and sale process. We interviewed several realtors; however, Debbie distinguished herself by putting the comparable properties in context. She explained how each home in the comparable-market-analysis listing was similar or dissimilar to our home – and she had photos to support her perspectives. She had an open house for our home on the two weekend days following when our listing went “live” with an offer deadline two days later. We received multiple offers and a selling price higher than our list price. Further, the magazine-quality photos she had done, including drone views and a virtual-3D tour, were quite exceptional.

We highly recommend Debbie Daviadoff . She was very professional and friendly. Debbie is very knowledgeable about the Palmer Ranch area. She explained the market to us, suggested a sales price, and staged the condo to be more appealing to prospective buyers. The condo quickly sold at the asking price. We know the market is hot right now, but believe Debbie should be commended for the excellent job that she did making this a smooth transaction.
