WOW!!! Just WOW!!! The past two months have been a challenging whirlwind but Erin was amazing through the entire process. We had inspection delays, bank delays and then, of course, had to change from in person to remote closing in the last few days but she did everything she could to keep us all on track and make our Florida canal home a reality. We are still here in Wisconsin, but the closing went smoothly last week and we can't wait to get down there to see her and to thank her in person ... and spend time at the new to us house!

Erin is Awesome! She met us on short notice when we popped down to the area to visit family. In a matter of 3 days she showed us about a dozen homes, gave us a great insight to the area and even submitted an offer for us. That home did not work out but we have several on our short list and she is looking for more to add when we come back in April to buy our winter water haven. Her knowledge of the area, response to last minute requests, communication response and sparkling personality can not be beat. We are real estate professionals and we were amazed with the care and dedication she provided us.

Erin made buying a new home so easy. Any time I would text her with a question she would always get back to me right away. I felt like I was searching for a home with a friend not a realtor.

I would recommend Erin to anyone who is in need of a realtor. I felt like I was house shopping with a friend while working with her. Erin was also great with answering questions and helping me through all the steps of home buying quickly and efficiently.

Erin has been amazing to work with. She helped me from the moment she walked through my house by making suggestions on things to remove, paint or just rearrange to help my home look it's best. She was able to bring a buyer in before she even got the photos done. That guy liked the place and we got an offer! I am looking forward to a fast closing thanks to Erin.

We recently had Erin Halstead represent us in the purchase of three building lots. She was also involved in the sale of a property we owned and then she represented in the purchase of another home as well. What made these deals so unusual is that we live in Maine. Erin stayed in constant contact with us to keep us informed of what was happening in each of the purchases and sales. She was incredible!! We had our complete trust in the guidance and advice she gave us on all of the purchases and sales. She even allowed us to have deliveries to her office for items to go in the new house. She met with the contractor, sent videos, and constantly kept us involved during the building process. I would highly recommend Erin and plan to continue to use her in more real estate transactions in the future.
