There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Harvey and Ethel‘s help and helping my stepmom find her happy place after losing my father and her husband after 30+ years of marriage. They hand held her through the top dollar, “As Is” sale of her home in Siesta Key and then helped her with anything and everything she could have possibly needed. They went over the top making sure her move was seamless and as easy as possible. They also helped her find the perfect waterfront condo in downtown Sarasota. And again they went above and beyond to make that move an easy transition. When the owners wanted her to move out after only one year’s rental, they helped us find another unit in the building so that her move would be less stressful. And again they went above and beyond. When I say above and beyond, I am referring to things like helping her fix cabinets, organize service people, fix a broken dryer, and so much more – the list was endless. And they responded quickly to each and everyone one of her calls, even though it wasn’t within the purview of renting, selling or buying a new home. I wanted to let you know that Ethel Lovelace was instrumental in this purchase from the day of the initial showing all the way to closing. I was in the Chicago area after I first saw the property and after my initial bid, Ethel was always there by phone or email to help with the final agreement, answer my questions, help with the logistics of the inspections and repairs, and help with the entire purchase process. Harvey even waited at the condo so the cable company could do their installation while I was at closing. I was on a limited time schedule and this saved me from rescheduling and maybe missing my flight home. There are some unfinished prepaid repairs that the seller couldn’t get completed before closing but I have every bit of confidence that Ethel will stay on top of it and follow through with the contractor. After my experience with Ethel, I will definitely recommend your real estate company to any of my family or friends who would like to join my wife and me in beautiful Siesta Key.

We worked with Harvey and Ethel to purchase a condo in La Siesta this past month, but our relationship with them began almost 2 years ago. We stopped into an open house that Ethel was hosting in Sept. 2017 and met her then. She was kind, positive, and super helpful in showing us some properties during our visit that year. Well, we were not financially prepared to purchase at that time and then a year past. Last Sept., we were visiting Siesta Key again (because we had fallen in love with the place the prior year) and we contact Harvey and Ethel to look at a few more places. Harvey very graciously showed us some more properties and gave us more to think about in regards to a future purchase. Then this summer we found the “perfect” place for us in La Siesta and I contacted Ethel. She did all of the leg work to get us information on the unit, get us comps, provide us with all the information and answer ALL of our questions. I can’t even tell you how many phone calls and texts we had with her as she continued to work on our behalf. and did I mention we live in Alaska and she dealt with the 4 hour time difference seamlessly! She was there for an initial walkthrough with pictures, to the inspection, all the way down to the final walkthrough and closing. She was there every step of the way. It was not quick, nor painless with some of the speed bumps we encountered along the way, but she stuck with us! She was our eyes and ears on the ground while we were doing everything from AK. I just can’t tell you how much I appreciate everything they did for us. I feel like they are part of our family (or maybe we are part of theirs!) They worked tirelessly for us.

Ethel is communicative and helpful. She is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to get things done. She tells us when she thinks something should change (price, furniture, etc.) and listens to our concerns. We have loved working with her.
