Todd and Kathy went above and beyond our expectations in helping us purchase property in LBK. They took care of everything from ordering inspections, to getting necessary electrical work done quickly prior to closing, to helping get rid of unwanted furniture. Kathy Callahan rocks the realtor world. She provided incredible service, focus and determination for Robin and I in the purchase of our Longboat Key property. But that’s not where Ms. Callahan ends. Her greatest asset is her “ Personal Touch” that she afforded us after the sale of our Sanctuary Condo. She made sure that we has the best possible move in experience. Bottom line, she was head and shoulders above any realtor we ever dealt with. Absolute praise to Kathy Callahan.

I had to say something about what it is like working with Kathy. She is amazing! My wife and I were considering a move to Florida. We thought with the low inventory and fast-moving market, we would just get to show Kathy what we were like and then most-likely have to make multiple trips to see homes and then also have trips to close. Kathy got it all done on that trip, coordinated EVERY detail, and got us the home we needed for our family from that first trip, while we were 3000 miles away for most of the work. There aren't words to explain how much this has meant to us, and her continuing outreach and care has been unbelievable as we get ready for our big move. We have a few friends considering moving to central Florida, and we have had the privilege or recommending her with no reservation! We are even considering additional real estate transactions in the area, mostly because we know that we are in good hands with Kathy! What a pro! Kathy Callahan is the ultimate professional with enormous knowledge, energy and attention to detail.
