I cannot thank you enough for the extra special help you gave me. It’s bad enough for you to have a client who is 82, but even worse, one who doesn’t have a computer or email – unheard of in the day and age! You went out of your way to give me the name and telephone number of all the services I needed to contact and made so many telephone calls that would normally have been made by me. Cathy was more than willing to walk me thru 101 buying a home. Having no idea what I was doing she sometimes acted ahead of the mortgage company in advising me about necessary things such as setting up insurance besides flood insurance, association application, utility company, etc. She also gave me a list of companies to call and who to speak with. I couldn't be happier.

Cathy was very helpful throughout all aspects of my recent home sale/purchase. She was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns as I am a first time homebuyer. Cathy was absolutely wonderful! My mother passed away and Cathy helped me sell her house. I live out of state, and she took care of organizing contractors, trash removal and every other detail of the sale. The house sold in one day and she gave me great advice about the negotiations. It was a pleasure to work with her!
