We would like to acknowledge Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager, who were so wonderful to work with. Not only were they very professional and extremely knowledegable, but so very friendly and personable. Lin and Maurice gave us a tour of Sarasota, the various neighborhoods, activities to do and restaurants, and helped us fall in love with the area. When we found the house we wanted, Lin and Maurice worked diligently to help us get it. They kept us informed and updated, almost on a daily basis regarding the process through closing. Having made our move to Sarasota and absolutely loving it and our new home, it wouldn't have happened as easily as it did without the expertise of Lin and Maurice. When you work with someone on one of life's larger transactions, you want to have this man on your side. There is a lot to learn, Lin does that. Alot to do, organize and accomplish, and he is there every step with every detail. From the start he was clear he wanted me to be happy with the process and the outcome. When have you had someone offer that level of service? He stayed in contact. And ultimately Lin brought me the competing offers on my condo (yea). And really got me the best price he could. It is life changing (in a very good way) to work with someone with such professionalism, authenticity and joy. All the best to him in the future is my sincere wish.

Lin is so good and dedicated to our home search and purchase. Always quick on the response, taking time to explain and make sure we understand various aspects of looking for and buying a house in an area that we are not familiar with. Can't imagine anyone doing a better job of getting us our new home in Sarasota. A 10 star rating if it were available, but definitely a 5.

My wife Laney and I were made to feel welcome when we walked in Lins office, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and likeable.He comes across as an honest guy who knows the area well. He follows up and does what he says he'll do. We highly recommend him.
