With Robert Goldman, you have a person who can maintain the relationship and get the deal closed. This was my fifth transaction with Robert. He listed and sold two of my homes and he sold me the condo I’m currently in. We had a challenging buyer on this latest transaction. I was so thankful that I had someone with Robert’s background and experience on my side. He did not let an emotional buyer derail the deal. He stuck to the contract, and in my opinion, he also had to do the job of the buyer's agents.I’m going to stay put for a while but when I’m ready to sell again, I’ll be calling Robert Goldman.Thank you for the opportunity to comment.~Mary Lynn Ross

I used to manage a sales force of student loan professionals. I would categorize my staff into two kinds of sales professionals; those that would maintain a relationship with the customer and those that could close the deal. Both kinds were needed. With Robert Goldman, you have a person who can maintain the relationship and get the deal closed. This was my fifth transaction with Robert. It took me 3 years to break down and sell my house. Robert Goldman sat patiently waiting forthat moment and it finally came. At 95 [ CONCEDED DEFEAT. I called Robert and we went towork. Robert was extremely open, patient, knowledgeable and honest in guiding me thru the process. Robert's insight regarding the real estate market is of paramount importance when choosing a real estate agent. He is aware of all properties for sale which is invaluable when either pricing yours for sale or on the buying side. Clearly, he an asset if you are interested in buying or selling.
