We met and were impressed by Beth Ann on-line and by phone, but she was even better in person. She was always thoroughly professional, a pleasure to get along with, attentive to our wishes and she followed through on every last little detail of our transaction. As she advertises, she was there after the closing , too, and she continues to be a good resource and ally after several months have past. My biggest fear with any real estate agent (right or wrong) is greed and that they may really care about just one thing....a commission check. Well, Beth Ann Boyer definitely changed our perspective on that! How refreshing to find an agent that not only cares, but definitely looks out for your best interest and puts hers aside. Her attention to detail and list of industry contacts made the entire process a breeze. She never once let our home be seen without personally being there and also present during any vendor or inspection visit. We are now satisfied clients but more importantly consider ourselves friends. Don’t hesitate to trust Beth Ann with your home whether buying or selling!

Beth Ann Boyer redefines the meaning of the words "follow-through." After a year of working with another realtor who was a wealth of bad information Beth Ann brought her communication skills to the party. Often communicating via text, my questions were answered in minutes and always with a depth of information beyond my expectations. Her ability to sense our frustration and work to make the selling process as smooth as possible was remarkable. We love working with her and recommend her to anybody selling a home. She stays on top of every question and issue making the selling process as smooth as possible. While it was great to work with Nancy and Beth Ann, there's more to this story than just the sales side. In the process they both became our friends, and in fact were just at our home this past week for lunch. When the day comes that we sell this house, it'll be a listing with your office again. Also, one more observation, Jennifer Crawford in the title group made this the smoothest closing I've ever been through. Plus, we had overpaid on the real estate taxes - nobody's fault, just a function on the timing. We had a check from her within 24 hours of the okay from Manatee County. No chasing, no hassle and another amazing quality of the team you've put together!

Beth Ann Boyer 5+ Stars I can unhesitatingly state that Beth Ann is a Realtor’s Realtor. I speak from a rather unique perspective since my wife has been a Realtor with a broker’s license for more than forty years. I have observed from the inside how often problems arise and how well they are handled by hundreds of Realtors. I have also participated in a number of real estate transactions, some of which were more difficult than they need to be. Beth Ann exhibited professionalism from the very beginning. Our first meeting was on time and she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the individual homes that we were looking at. It was a pleasure going on tour with her. It took us awhile to actually make the decision to purchase, but when we did, Beth Ann made the process as easy as possible. Beth Ann went beyond what was expected and assisted in all inspections, and answered all questions that we had. Believe me when I say that I can ask some rather esoteric questions, but she was able to answer every one of them. Beth Ann showed that she was able to think out of the box to solve problems. Our insurance company had asked for information on wind abatement for the roof, and the inspector. Beth Ann acquired a copy of the Builders plans for the house, and sent them to both the insurance company and us. Outstanding! We now have a complete set of plans for the house that we would not have had. I have no hesitation recommending Beth Ann Boyer to anybody interested in purchasing a home. Without a doubt, Beth Ann gets a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She listed and sold our condo in record time then turned around and found us our "dream " home to purchase. During both transactions her professionalism was absolutely over the top. She's a problem solver during some of the difficult times of a transaction and always goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She has a beautiful caring personality and I almost felt like she was a family member looking out for our best interest every step of the way. I could communicate with Beth Ann and she was a pleasure to work with. She met my expectations and helped me sell my home for the price and at the time I wanted. I was a first time home seller and Beth answered my questions with understandable answers. If you want to sell your house and get the help of an agent who will work for you, then hire Beth Ann. Direct honest communication is important to me and Beth told me the truth. When the sale was all done, I felt like I was losing a friend.
