We met Christy over two years ago at an open house and immediately liked her style, responsiveness and overall knowledge about the Sarasota Market. She thoughtfully identified our requirements and frankly, helped to help us crystalize them so we could make some decisions about selling our property. She kept in touch with us regularly over the course of the last 2 years (we live in the Northeast) and was always willing to educate us in a non pressure way via email or when we came down to visit. She is a great professional, who goes the extra mile and pays attention to the little things that make a difference. This is the first house we have sold thru Christy Neff, but not our first experience working with her. We also bought the house thru Christy and are building a new house with her help! Each step of selling the house was made easy and pleasant due to Christy's positive attitude and her ability to go above and beyond during the smooth processes and "bumps in the road"! There wasn't one question she couldn't answer or even foresee coming! 5 star rating for Christy Neff, will definitely recommend her to others!

Christy Neff is the best at what she does. She knew exactly the house that was right for me even before I did. It was a seem less process from beginning to end. I now have my dream house and couldn't be happier. I hope I never need her services again because I don't intend to ever leave. I do have the best house ever........................... Definitely a 5⭐️ Experience.

My experience working with Christy was sensational. She was extremely professional and always available. Her creative marketing, dedication and personal compassion was a recipe for success when selling my property. She made sure every detail was perfect from presenting the listing through attending the closing. Working with her has been wonderful and she went above and beyond anything I expect from a realtor.
