We are from Michigan, so trying to find a property in Florida, when you are that far away, has its challenges. Doug is extremely good at what he does. He is very attentive, not pushy. He listens to what you are looking for and delivers. We needed some work done on the laundry room and Doug took the time to help us find someone who would complete the work before our move-in date. He also helped us in many other ways, to make our purchase as easy as possible. We have worked with many realtors over the years, but never had such a satisfactory experience as we had with Doug. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Doug and Michael Saunders Real Estate. Doug was most enthusiastic about showing us a number of condos to help us choose the right one for us. My wife and I were very grateful that a personal friend recommended Doug to us. He was very accomodating and flexible to our needs as out-of-town buyers; willing to share his insight when asked but never pushing us in any direction. Over the last 20 years, we've bought homes in 8 states as we relocated due to employer-initiated moves; we've never been more satisfied with an agent. In fact, we've now become good friends since we purchased our home last year. I would strongly recommend Doug to anyone shopping for a residence or second-home in the Sarasota market.

As a commercial real estate agent I am difficult to please when doing a search for my personal needs. Doug and his team showed a complete knowledge of the whole market and made sure my wife and I understood the dynamics of the different areas of Sarasota. When we made changes to our requirements Doug moved smoothly to accommodate the changes. I would highly recommend Doug and his team.

Doug Parks is the best realtor we have ever worked with; and we've worked with many throughout the years! He was extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our (many) requests. His preparation work for our visit was invaluable, as we did not have a lot of time that weekend. After we found the home of our dreams, he really went to work negotiating a great deal for us. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
