Where do I start? Jackie came highly recommended by someone who had searched for an agent who wasn't just looking to make a quick sale and had the integrity, knowledge, and attention to detail we were looking for. From our first conversation, it was obvious Jackie was focused on building a strong connection and finding out what we really wanted in our next home. Beyond square footage and beds/baths, she wanted to understand our lifestyle and what we most valued in a home and community. This was especially important for us as we were on the West Coast and unable to jump on a plane to see properties. The idea of buying a property sight-unseen could have been extremely stressful, but she went above and beyond to be our eyes, ears, and "boots on the ground". We could not be more pleased with Jackie. It was an insane market and she never let us down. She was available to us always, patient with us and had a tremendous positive attitude. She will never push a home on you if she knows it doesn’t meet all your wants and needs. Thanks to Jackie, we are now living in our dream home!

We were very pleased with the professional, dedicated service we received from Jackie and the entire staff. She showed us properties that met our criteria and stayed on top of new properties. It was a pleasure to work with Jackie. The entire process was smooth, no pressure and drama free. We were referred to Jackie by friends in Venice who met her at an open house but ultimately bought directly from an owner. We live in Cleveland Ohio and wanted to purchase a condo in Venice but we were a bit intimidated by the prospect of a remote transaction. From our first phone call to the end of the closing Jackie was a total pro. I would definitely use her again and refer her to friends and family. Jackie was the BEST real estate professional we have ever had. She has excellent knowledge of the market and was very aggressive in the pricing of our house and it paid off! We used Jackie in the past for the purchase of a vacation home, so it was a very easy decision for us to use her again for the sale of a home. We already knew how Jackie operates. If you want someone who will look out for your best interest and go to bat for you, all while providing the most phenomenal and speedy communication, then Jackie should be your agent of choice. I recommend Jackie to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. She has extensive knowledge of the local market, she’s client centric, organized, patient, and always available (even on vacation). We’ve met a few realtors during open houses but found they were usually pushy or didn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling while interacting with them…..however Jackie was different. I knew instantly I liked her and wanted to use her as our realtor. Jackie took the time to understand what we wanted and even subtly hinted that her open house may not be the best fit for us because we are not golfers (house was in a golf community). That told me she cared more about helping clients find the right house than her commission. Instead she mentioned a few areas/developments to look at. She did not push for us to use her (other agents in the past did and it immediately turned me off), she just gave us her contact information and said if we had any questions to call. We decided to move forward with Jackie and she was able to truly understand what we wanted. From the moment we made the offer to moving in she kept me on track and made sure things moved smoothly. We are so happy with Jackie and our new home!
