We are extremely happy that we chose Dana Westmark to list the townhouse that we recently sold in Sarasota. She was very knowledgeable about the local market, present the property to attract buyers and a great communicator. In a nutshell she was not only the consummate professional, but a joy to work with. I can be "hard to please", but I have no reservations in highly recommending Dana (and her business partner Don). This is especially true, if you are remote from the Sarasota area like I am.

Donald Geike and Dana Westmark did a truly outstanding job of selling our home. Their diligence and good humor made the arduous process of leaving our home of 33 years so much easier. Donald even helped us move boxes etc, and hired the right people to help. They were always there for us through the inevitable hiccups. I cannot tell you enough how grateful we are for their help. Working with Dana and her partner Donald Geikie on the sale of our home has been a pleasure. They carefully explained the process and their approach and have kept us fully informed at each step in the process. They have different personalities but blend together seamlessly. In spite of being straight, Dana proved to be fussier and have the better eye. We took every one of her staging suggestions and we've done more housecleaning in the past two months than in the past ten years. We wouldn't have wanted to disappoint Madam and risk her ire. Dana's orchid has been a lovely addition to our home. Their choice of photographer, Eric Hilton, was excellent and the virtual tour reminded us of why we love the house. It is flooded with light. The house went onto MLS on December 12 and on December 20 we had a full price cash offer with the delayed closing we had requested, with only an inspection contingency. There were two other highly interested buyers in the wings. Their guidance on the contract was invaluable. And now they are actively monitoring the critical dates to assure that the deposits are received, contingency cleared, and the closing is scheduled. I would gladly recommend them both.
