This review for Mark Boehmig is the first review I have ever done online. I'm writing the review because I think it's important for people to be able to identify professionals that they would want to work with when they needed to sell a home in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. As an attorney I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years. I recently had to sell my mother's condo in Bradenton after she had moved back to Connecticut to be closer to me and my family. The condo had not been lived in for several years and as a result it needed some work. Mark was able to help me get the needed repairs accomplished without me needing to be there. He arranged to meet the contractors at the condo and checked the work after the work was done. I had no problems with any of the contractors he recommended. He had to go to the condo more times than I could count in order to get the work completed. I can't tell you all the crazy things he had to deal with and he dealt with all of them in a very patient, professional and personal manner. It was also a great comfort knowing that Mark was taking care of everything in a way that was conscious of our budget. He also gave valuable advice about which repairs should be done and what expenses we could leave to the next owner. Mark always communicated with us about any activity taking place with the listing. We had several offers over a couple of months before we got one we felt we could accept. Mark never attempted to pressure us to take an offer just to sell the property and was very helpful in evaluating each offer. Mark was available by phone to answer my questions and promptly returned all phone calls. Mark was very understanding and considerate about those things that were important to my family. He gave good practical advice about the process and dealing with all offers. He is bright and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Bradenton. I found Mark to be extremely trustworthy, genuine and eager to be helpful in any way he can. I don't think I could have found a realtor to do more to be more helpful than Mark was. I can't recommend him highly enough as a real estate professional.

Mark worked very hard for me and was professional from start to finish. He went beyond what would normally be expected which was instrumental in helping me as a non-resident of Florida who only made one three day trip to the area during the whole process. I would highly recommend Mark.

Mark is such an informed realtor. He has much experience in both sales and listings. He keeps us well informed and is very patient and anxious to help. Cannot say enough good things about him.
