Tom was such a great help to us when we were shopping for our first house. He was easy to get a hold of and was able to answer all our questions. In addition to the questions we did ask, he had plenty of extra information that we would not think to ask ourselves. I have met many professional type people throughout my life-- from my profession of 31+ years, through my years on the AFT-R Executive Board for retirees, my years of political activism, my educational/social dealings with others concerning RI issues, w/my experiences knowing local RI politicians and from starting a RI state pension lawsuit with a Warwick lawyer of 200 people and if I had to make a determination of who I consider to be a top notch, professional, with the ability for me to trust (and people who know me will tell you that trust does not come easy w/me) and know I can depend on them, I would without question put you in my top five.Your constant generosity, patience, approachability knowledge/experience, great personality, and still touch base w/me after the sale, is something I find rare and impressive and I have said so, to many of my friends, neighbors and colleagues from back home.
