Jim was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and positive during our multiple visits over our 2-week visit to Florida. He was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions. We also never felt pressured to buy. We did end up purchasing a home to be built at Grand Oaks and we would highly recommend Jim to any potential buyers. He did a great job and we look forward to working with him over the next 9 months while our home is built!

Jim is a wonderful representative to work with. He is soft spoken, patient, and listens to what you have to say. Although enthusiastic, unlike other sales reps, he never pushes his product or views. When asked a question, if he does not know the answer immediately, he will research and get back to you. His professionalism instills confidence. We could not be happier!!
