Karen is everything you could want in a real estate agent. We purchased our home from Arizona without seeing it in person. Karen walked us through the process, sent many pictures, answered many questions, and got us through our first on-line closing. The day we arrived, she was there with the keys to welcome us to our new Punta Gorda home. She made the whole process easy and fun. Not long after our arrival friends came for a visit from New Jersey and Karen walked them through the process of buying a home right down the street.
