Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was patient and is truly an expert on her market area! She took the time helping us to understand the market so we would know the best area to fit our needs. AMAZING!!! Ann was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Very professional and helped with every facet of the sales process. I'm in my 60's and have purchased more than 12 personal residences in my life. Ann was actually the listing agent and I was definitely not going to pay quite what the seller was asking and she was able to work with that person and myself to get the job done and myself and the seller ended up winning! She knew how to make things happen for both sides. The sale was closed almost 4 months ago yet she is still following up. I have had other good experiences with realtors but this was the BEST!!

When you are selling your home, it's all about the details. Joanna Benante has an expert eye for details and made our house "pop" in photos, in person, and by description. She was a team player who kept all the balls in the air and always followed through. Joanna gave honest feedback and was committed to doing her best for us. We could not have asked for more.

Ann is an exceptional realtor that has a vast network of resources, contacts, and transaction history. She typically knows the long-term history of select areas, buildings, and individual properties. Not only does she strategically represent her clients but she has lived-in and invested-in the Sarasota and its beach area for decades. Joanna was wonderful to work with. She immediately understood what we needed and what kind of place would work for us. We never felt that we wasted time looking at undesirable choices.
