All I can say is I had the best Realtor in the sale of my home. Joanna Benante went above and beyond in every way... everything that could have gone wrong seemed to, but she was right there by my side the entire time helping to get things done and permits closed and setting up repairs for water leaks and mold remediation. The Buyer had some snags too and yet again, she was there every step of the way! I cannot thank Joanna enough... and would recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of a dedicated, hard working Realtor.

Joanna is fantastic! We contacted her out of the blue looking for a house. We were in town for 1 week and Joanna gave us most of her time to help us. (Only spent time away from us on her previous commitments.). We left Sarasota with a fantastic house in one week. She gave us great advice on bids and I am sure she saved us money. We are now in the process of bidding on another house and she is once again giving us her time and wonderful advice. We could not ask for a more involved and conscientious realtor to help us with these very important purchases.
