My husband and I have the highest regard for Jo-Anne Sckowska. The service she provided throughout the sale of our home was exceptional. We live in Illinois and were unable to be in Florida during the process of selling and home. A number of complications occurred (unexpected repairs) and Jo-Anne assisted us in finding companies that could make the repairs and finding a buyer. My husband and I were lucky to have met JoAnne 11 yrs ago when we moved to Venice. Over the years we stayed in touch When we decided to move back home to be near family she was the first person we thought of to list our home. JoAnne is extremely professional. She’s very knowledgeable about the Venice area. At a time when the market was very aggressive JoAnne made sure that the entire experience of selling our home went very smooth from the original listing to the open house and then the settlement. We were referred to Jo-Anne by another broker and could not have been more pleased with her performance. Joanne did in a day what we couldn’t do in 3 days. After finding the place we made an offer, counter then acceptance, and then closed with 45 days. She did a fantastic job and helped us out with furniture and misc. other coordination items Scale 1 – 10. 11! Thanks. George A. FullerPresident
