She was knowledgeable, sincere, and understanding of my needs. Having lived in my house for almost four decades, I didn't know where to begin with the whole process. My house sold quickly and during the crunch times when I was feverishly sorting, selling, and packing, she encouraged me, provided resources, reminded me to breath (and to eat!), and added so many personal and meaningful touches to help me.
