Just a note to let you know of our wonderful experience we had working with Debra Pitell-Hauge. We worked with Debra prior to coming in July over the phone and via email, looked at approximately 15 homes in 3 days on a world-wind trip down here and found the one! Debra was so easy and accommodating to work with, very knowledgeable of the area, what to look for in a home here in Florida and really worked with us within our budget. Her vast experience really shined through! She helped recommend a bank and also MSC Title for the closing. Again, we couldn't be more pleased with Debra and we are loving our new home in Bradenton!

I am writing to you to express my appreciation and to highlight the outstanding, professional job Debra Pitell-Hauge did with assisting my wife Virginia and me in our recent condominium purchase. Virginia and I felt at ease as soon as we met her in the Ritz Carlton Hotel lobby and our comfort level increased the more time we spent together discussing our interests, the broader real estate market and viewing properties. Her wisdom, guidance and diligence were keys to our experience and her efforts clearly made the situation less stressful than it could have been. I want to particularly highlight the work Debra completed while Virginia and I stayed in New York including participating in the condo inspection, photographing and completing a detailed inventory of the furnishings as well as conducting the final walk-through prior to closing. I was most impressed by the professionalism and care taken by Debra Pitell in the sale of my Siesta Key home. Although the house never reached the advertising stage, she prepared the sale package extremely well and was most helpful in providing people to get It ready for sale. In a nutshell, if every real estate sales associate was gifted with the professionalism, efficiency, communication skills, intelligence and personality of Debra Pitell, your industry would never suffer a bad name. She is a jewel ... and I never even met her, as this entire transaction was handled by phone and fax. Debra stayed right on top of rapid developments, was an excellent advocate for our interests, went the extra mile to help get the furniture out of the house, coordinated other things that had to be done and I couldn't manage from 1,500 miles away - simply spectacular performance. I have recommended her to other friends in Sarasota.

This letter comes to sing the praises of one of your associates, Ms. Debra Pitell, as a result of her efforts working on my behalf in the sale of a condo in the Siesta Key area. Having practiced law for thirty-two years in various particular specialties, I have had the occasion to come in contact with innumerable realtors all of whom seemed very similar in their effort and in their results. We just closed on our small deal in Gulfstream Towers and I would like to acknowledge Debra Pitell and all her hard work and persistence in negotiating my clients low ball offer into an effective contract long after I thought the deal had fallen through and then continuing with her professionalism through a quick and difficult closing (8 days) keeping me on track all the way.
