Chris is an amazing agent! Friendly, professional, responsive and had our best interests in mind when looking for a home ! I found her randomly ( no referrals) and she kept communicating with us for the first 12 months while we began our home search across the country. She responded to our questions and was not "pushy" with unwanted information or sales pitches like other agents we had come in contact with. Being in Oregon, we had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home in Florida. She educated us on everything from insurance, pests, issues with mold/humidity, inspections, and the home buying process.
